1070 aluminum plate treatment:
1. Complete annealing: Heat at 390 - 430℃; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30 - 120 minutes; cool down to 300℃ at a rate of 30 - 50℃/h in the furnace, and then air-cool.
2. Rapid annealing: Heat at 350 - 370℃; depending on the effective thickness of the material, the holding time is 30 - 120 minutes; air-cool or water-cool.
3. Quenching and aging: Quench at 500 - 510℃, air-cool; artificial aging at 95 - 105℃ for 3 hours, air-cool; natural aging at room temperature for 120 hours.
